Optimizing your body's strength

At bodySpan Studio we strive to organically train the entire body in a harmonious way. Movements are yoga-based and all exercises are integrated throughout the whole body, incorporating 3-dimensional ideas taken from dance, swimming and tai chi. Strength and length are equally achieved while increasing flexibility, function and range of motion. Sessions are one-on-one or in groups, emphasizing focus on the individual in a relaxed setting.
