Redefining whole body fitness

If you want to improve flexibility, increase circulation, gain strength, enjoy more energy, and get more satisfaction from other activities and sports, then bodySpan Studio is for you. ® and ® classes can help you bring your whole body to better health and optimize your body's strength, flexibility and energy flow.

Optimizing your body's strength

At bodySpan Studio we teach ® / ® methodologies which organically train the entire body in a harmonious way. Movements are yoga-based and all exercises are integrated throughout the whole body, incorporating 3-dimensional ideas taken from dance, swimming and tai chi. Strength and length are equally achieved while increasing flexibility, function and range of motion. Sessions are one-on-one or in small groups, emphasizing focus on the individual in a relaxed setting with stunning mountain views.

Private and semi-private sessions

In addition to Individual instruction, Duets and Trios are a great way to work out with a friend or loved ones. See our complete price list.

Try a group class today

We offer ® group classes twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays (11am-12:15pm), and the Cardiovascular Breathing Program group classes once a week on Mondays (10-11am). Join us in person or on Zoom. Recordings of the most recent classes are also available. For the more details including times and prices, please see our current schedule, or call bodySpan at (720) 352 7044.
