The GYROTONIC® Method guides your body through smooth, circular patterns designed to decompress the spine, improve mobility, and build strength. Unlike traditional workouts that isolate or strain muscles, GYROTONIC® movement works through the whole body—integrating breath, rhythm, and control. Each movement feels supportive, natural, and restorative, helping release tension while creating space and stability.

GYROKINESIS® movement is a complementary, equipment-free practice using similar flowing movements in a mat-based format.

What to Expect

Most people begin with one-on-one sessions, tailored to how their body moves. We’ll start by noticing what feels tight, restricted, or out of sync and talk through your goals. You’ll then be guided through simple, foundational movements that gradually build into more fluid, connected patterns. Nothing is forced, and nothing is rushed.

Each movement is meant to feel supportive—helping your body open, strengthen, and move more freely. You should leave feeling different: more open, more at ease, and moving with less restriction. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced—everything meets you where you are.

Other ways to get started: Duo and Trio sessions are available, and GYROKINESIS® classes offer a group, equipment-free option—in-studio or on Zoom.
